to contribute a sufficient sum towards their education there.
In every case such Scholars or Students shall be educated
in conformity with the doctrine and discipline of the Church
of England and regularly attend the services of the College
Chapel.
7.
MODIFICATION OF STATUTES.
Inasmuch as in the progress of the Institution cases
may be expected to arise which will require a more detailed
system of Statutes than is necessary in its infancy it shall
be lawful for the Bishop of Victoria in conjunction with the
Archbishop of Canterbury for the time being to introduce such
a modification alteration or extension of the present Statutes
as to them jointly may seem fit.
